Hi, I'm Scott Dodd.

I coach busy professionals who want to get leaner and stronger without their training taking over their lives. My coaching philosophy is centered around one belief: the best plan isn't the hardest one. It's the one that fits your real schedule and that you'll actually stick to.

MANX Strength was built on something bigger than reps and macros: the idea that real health is mind, body, and spirit. That's why working with me means more than getting a strength coach. I'm extremely busy. How much time does this take?

That's exactly who this is built for. Most clients train 3 to 4 times a week for 45 to 60 minutes, and many sessions can be shorter when needed. Nutrition is flexible, with no rigid meal prep required. The whole point is a system that fits the schedule you already have.

Do I need a gym or special equipment?

No. I build your program around what you have, whether that's a full gym, a home setup, or a hotel gym while travelling. We make it work wherever you are.

Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?

Never. MANX nutrition is flexible, with no banned foods and no misery. You'll get clear targets and simple guidelines (including a Travel & Restaurant Playbook) so you can eat out, travel, and have a life while still hitting your goals.

How fast will I see results?

Most clients notice changes in energy and strength within the first few weeks and visible body-composition changes within 6 to 12 weeks. Sustainable results come from consistency, and that's what the weekly accountability is for.
